Exception: When we believe, in good faith, that such release of information is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with State and Federal law; (ii) enforce or apply terms of any of our user agreements; (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of RNO Airporter, our users, or others.

Important Notice:
(1) Carrier assumes no responsibility for: acts or omissions of others; acts of God; lost, stolen or damaged baggage; personal items left behind.

(2) Fares and fuel surcharges are subject to change without notice.  (2a) Due to price volatility, a 10% Fuel surcharge may be applied at any time, without prior notification.

(3) Timetables are approximate and are not guaranteed.  Passengers should allow extra time for delays.  RNO Airporter assumes no responsibility for making airline or other connections.

(4) These provisions may not be altered or waived.
    
Note: Once quoted and confirmed by email, our rates will be honored.  A special fuel surcharge (see above) may be applied.  Confirmed reservations that are cancelled within three (3) hours prior to pickup will be charged 50% of the full fare.  All other confirmed reservations will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.  If a cancelled reservation is later re-booked, the prevailing rate will apply.  If your flight is delayed, please Contact Us as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.
